I hold a B.A. in Education and am currently working through the IDOL courses Academy. I design and develop engaging instructor-lead and online training programs for learners of all ages.

As a former educator, I believe learning should be engaging and presented in bite-sized pieces large concepts can be easily digested that are more memorable and build upon prior knowledge. I do this by using my in depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models (such as, but not limited to, ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, and SAM).
